Health & Wellness App research summary

This research phase investigated how people understand and manage their health and wellness needs. The work used surveys, interviews, and Jobs to Be Done analysis to explore motivations, routines, difficulties, and expectations around digital health support.

The findings were synthesized into user needs, behavioral patterns, barriers, and product opportunities. The research helped distinguish between information people may want to monitor and the guidance they need to make that information useful in everyday decisions.

The outcome was a research foundation for the responsive prototype developed in the next phase. The case study documents discovery and synthesis rather than claiming medical outcomes or measured product impact.
