Mentor–Mentee experience research summary

This research explored the needs, expectations, and pain points of mentors and mentees. The goal was to understand how both sides experience mentorship and where a digital product could better support the relationship.

The study compared the perspectives of the two participant groups, identified recurring friction, and translated those findings into product opportunities. The work focused on making expectations, communication, and the mentoring process easier to understand and manage.

The outcome was a research foundation for future service and product improvements. The case study documents insights and opportunities rather than claiming implemented or measured business results.
